Diane R. Douglas

Diane R. Douglas is a Litigation Associate Attorney at Wesierski & Zurek LLP, a firm that represents clients in civil litigation and defense matters. Based in the firm’s Orange County office, Diane focuses on civil and business defense litigation, including catastrophic injury, labor and employment, and premises liability matters. Before becoming an attorney, she gained experience as a paralegal and law clerk in several areas of law, including trust and estate litigation, business formation, and family law. She earned her Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University’s Chase College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2023.
