Hodson P.I. – Investigative Solutions is proud to announce the promotion of Justin Lloyd, FCLS, LPI, to Vice President of Hodson P.I. He will be working with our Executive VP Alison Peacock in this senior leadership role. Together, they will work to guide daily operations, enhance investigative services, and support long-term strategic goals. This executive promotion highlights Justin’s proven success in managing complex investigations and advancing internal systems across the firm.
From Investigator to Vice President of Hodson P.I.
With over nine years of experience in the insurance investigation industry, Justin brings extensive insight and a results-driven mindset. Previously at GEICO, he earned recognition as SIU Investigator of the Year and SIU Supervisor of the Quarter. Furthermore, his work directly contributed to prosecution in several major fraud cases.
When Justin joined Hodson P.I. in 2023, he quickly distinguished himself as a Senior Case Manager. In that role, he led high-performing teams through high-stakes investigations, from heir-at-law research to suspected insurance fraud. Throughout his tenure, he remained focused on accuracy, ethics, and efficient case delivery.
Driving Operational Growth as Vice President of Hodson P.I.
Now, with this internal promotion to Vice President of Hodson P.I., Justin will oversee three departments and more than 35 team members. His responsibilities include:
- Supporting collaboration across teams and departments
- Mentoring the next generation of investigative leaders
- Supporting client relationships
- Assisting executive leadership in company operations
Moreover, he will collaborate closely with fellow Vice President of Hodson P.I., Alison Peacock. Together, they will ensure that operations align with the evolving needs of both clients and investigative teams.
Justin’s ability to interpret complex evidence—from EDR data to employment records—makes him a highly valuable leader in claims-related investigations. His ethical foundation, attention to detail, and strategic thinking have earned respect throughout the industry.
Industry Credentials and Professional Impact
Justin holds a California Private Investigator license and is certified in both FCLS and the REID Interview Technique. In addition, he is a dedicated member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), where he contributes to high professional standards in the investigative field.
He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Portland State University, providing a strong academic foundation that supports his practical work in legal and ethical investigations.
