Alexa Jackson is a Senior Case Manager I in Hodson P.I.’s Locate Department, responsible for identifying and contacting individuals who are difficult to reach. Her work includes daily cold calls to subjects and potential relatives, sending targeted emails, and leaving detailed voicemail messages to help drive cases forward. When direct contact becomes more challenging, Alexa coordinates strategic field efforts—including in-person visits and stakeouts—to gather information and verify locations as needed. With a focus on thorough research, persistent outreach, and strong field coordination, she helps support client objectives and keeps cases moving with consistent progress.
Alexa studied at San Diego State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology.
Before joining Hodson P.I., Alexa worked with two nonprofit organizations in roles centered on advocacy and community support. Her experience includes assisting high-need youth and families through resiliency-building, leadership development, and systemic advocacy. She also supported efforts through the District Attorney’s Office by helping provide comprehensive services aimed at protecting families, seeking justice, and promoting safe futures for children, youth, and families impacted by violence. In addition, Alexa worked with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, assisting investigators with case preparation and courtroom advocacy.
Outside of work, Alexa loves spending time with family.
