Annette San Roman is a Case Manager I in Hodson P.I.’s Locate Department, where she supports senior case management by handling assigned investigations and helping ensure cases move forward efficiently and accurately. Her responsibilities include conducting fieldwork throughout Southern California, performing witness contacts, completing research and documentation, and managing administrative and reporting duties in support of active investigations.Annette earned her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in English from Stockton University.
Before joining Hodson P.I., Annette spent much of her career as a project manager in the corporate IT training space. She oversaw end-to-end training initiatives and managed multimillion-dollar contracts with enterprise clients such as Dell, EMC, Visa, and Intuit, ensuring programs were effective, impactful, and aligned with business objectives. This background strengthened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects—skills she brings into her investigative work.
Outside of work, Annette is a devoted dog lover with a strong passion for animal welfare and regularly donates to rescue organizations, particularly pug rescue groups. She is also a lifelong avid reader with an impressive reading speed, enjoys roller skating, traveling to Palm Springs, and participating in a wide range of sports.
