Edwin Ramos is a Case Manager I on Hodson P.I.’s Locate & Contact team, where he oversees multiple investigative assignments involving research, locate and contact efforts, and field support such as scene canvasses. He works closely with clients and investigators to ensure each case is handled professionally, efficiently, and in compliance with investigative standards, while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Before joining Hodson P.I., Edwin’s career was shaped by leadership-driven and client-focused roles across several industries. He served in the United States Army as an Ammunition Sergeant, developing discipline, accountability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Following his military service, he worked in automotive sales and management, where he strengthened his negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relations skills. Edwin also spent several years in the casino and hospitality industry as a Casino Host and Supervisor, managing high-value client relationships, mentoring teams, and delivering personalized service. Together, these experiences contribute to his adaptability, strong work ethic, and communication skills in his investigative work.
Outside of work, Edwin is passionate about supporting family-focused and faith-based community groups, as well as causes that promote service, resilience, and personal growth. He values involvement in his local community through church activities and programs that help individuals and families navigate challenging seasons and build strong foundations. In his free time, Edwin enjoys cooking for family and friends, spending quality time with his kids, staying active, and finding opportunities to unplug and recharge with those closest to him.
